Spain has been framed in Group A alongside the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the winner of Group A classification for the Eurobasket female that will be held in 2009 in Latvia, according to the draw held This Wednesday in Riga. The Combi national, current runner-up in Europe and reached the quarterfinals at the Olympic Games in Beijing, starting as head of the second series, just behind Russia.
