nice bottle to haveNovember 9, 2008 Hong Lee(Parlin, NJ) The Polar bottle is great to freeze. It also keeps the liquids cold longer than regular bottles due to the nice colorful lining. A big plus to this water bottle is that the nozzles can be removed for deep cleaning unlike most other bottles.

The wide mouth allows the addition of ice to keep things colder longer still. It fits in standard waist carrier (for running) or a bike water bottle holder. It is not intended for hot liquids. The bottle is type 4 plastic which is BPA-free.
so glad I found these!!!!October 31, 2008 tarheel patriot(NC) Perfect solution to lukewarm drinks. I carry water bottles with me everywhere I go and I love these bottles. I freeze it half full at night and fill it the rest of the way up before I leave the house in the am. The water is ice cold 4-5 hours this way. Another great thing is that there is very little sweating. Don't freeze the bottle full or you won't have any thawed water to drink for a long time. I wish I had found these back when I packed school lunches. They would be perfect for keeping kids drinks cold all day.
